Dual Enrollment

Dual enrollment is an exciting opportunity for high school students to earn college credit while they are in high school. We offer in-person dual enrollment courses through our partnership with Southeastern University, as well as, a Dual Enrollment Program that will take your student to their next level of Christ-Centered Leadership.

Dual Enrollment Program *NEW!

The Dual Enrollment Program is eligible for students who are a Junior or Senior and 16 years of age or older.
These students are eligible to participate in our Dual Enrollment Program. The full site fee of $1,000 per semester must be paid to Bayside Community Church for student participation in the program.
This program takes our Dual Enrollment Student above the normal experience, and equips young leaders for the ministry or marketplace with real hands on learning through leadership classes, spiritual formation, team building trips, and more.

August 9th is the last day to apply for the program & August 15th is the last day to make site fee payment.

Academic Only Dual Enrollment

Students taking dual enrollment courses at Bayside College will be enrolled in face to face classes that are 8 weeks long.
Academic-Only Dual Enrollment students must be at least 14 years of age and a sophomore in High School.
Dual Enrollment Program Students must be at least 16 years of age and a Junior or Senior in High School.
Students must have a high school unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Dual Enrollment Classes

Classes take place at Bayside Community Church on Tuesdays and Thursdays | 10:15 am, 12:30 pm, and 3:30 pm |
Any Freshman (1000) or Sophomore (2000) Level courses that do not require prerequisites can be taken.
High school Sophomores may take up to 6 credit hours per semester
Juniors may take up to 12 credit hours per semester
Seniors may take up to 15 credit hours per semester

Dual Enrollment Finances

Classes are $50 a credit, a typical class is 3 credit hours therefore $150 a class.
There is a $500 Site Fee that is to be paid every semester for the Dual Enrollment Student only.
There is a $1000 Site Fee that is to be paid every semester for the Dual Enrollment Student enrolled in Academic Classes & our Dual Enrollment Program.

Southeastern University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. Bayside College is not accredited by SACS Commission on Colleges and the accreditation of Southeastern University does not extend to or include Bayside College or its students. Students must be admitted by Southeastern University and enrolled in university courses to receive the benefits of regional accreditation.
