If you've got an Aviva Online or Aviva Premium policy
If your policy number starts with 72, you have an Aviva Online or Aviva Premium policy. Because these are online policies, you can only call us if you need to claim. We can’t help you over the phone with anything else. Please visit the help centre instead.
